March 2020 — Annual General Meeting (during Covid) #
U3A Box Hill’s Annual General Meeting was held on 27th June 2020.
The meeting conducted in accordance with Covid-19 restrictions which specified a maximum of 20 members in the main hall and 4 in the front room. Distancing saw the chairs a minimum of 1.5 metres apart. A number of sanitizers were distributed around the hall for use upon entry.
Members were welcomed by President Valerie Bourke.
Our retiring Secretary and Treasurer were thanked for their contribution to our U3A. Chris Marks (ex-Treasurer) is staying on the Committee in a different role.
